Arcadia - a city by the sea. A place of peace and complacent happiness. The arrival of three strangers shatters the status quo as a new power rises and destroys the quiet routine of peoples' lives. In the midst of death and degradation, a young couple fight for their love, their integrity and the very survival of Arcadia.
